Our Operator Selection services assist owners in selecting a suitable brand & operator whose objectives are best aligned with the owner’s goals for a proposed or an existing property. The selection process begins with an information memorandum distributed to shortlisted candidates fot screening, negotiation of LOI/MOU, signing of the LOI/MOU with the preferred candidate party, contract negotiations with the owner’s legal counsel to safeguard fair partnership terms that optimizes financial returns.

We work closely with key hotel operators in the region, and are thus equipped with extensive industry knowledge and expertise to identify and select the most appropriate operator to provide for the success of the hotel’s operation over the term of the agreement.
